Why we built it
We had seen how confusing the process could feel for ordinary buyers, sellers, and business owners. The uncertainty around what a business is really worth. The difficulty reaching serious buyers. The sense that you needed to already be on the inside to make progress.
None of that was inevitable. It was simply the way things had always been done.
We believed there could be a simpler way, one that helps serious buyers, sellers, and brokers find each other without unnecessary complications.
