Refund policy

This policy explains how Thought Council handles refund requests for paid listing plans, subscription access, and marketplace billing.

Before payment

Prices, package details, and checkout information should be reviewed before payment is completed. Paid plans support listing and marketplace workflows but do not guarantee a sale, buyer enquiry, valuation outcome, or professional advice.

Cancellations and renewals

Where subscription cancellation is available, cancellation normally stops future renewals. Access for an already-paid period may continue until the end of that billing period unless the platform confirms otherwise.

Refund review

Refunds are reviewed case by case unless required by law. Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, failed activation, or payment issues should be raised promptly through the contact page or support email so the team can review Stripe and account records.
